A part of me wants to dance around my office, the other part wants to curl up in to a ball and freaking CRY hysterically.
FINALLY...he's gone. No other ties. Just our dd and we have a custody agreement in place already. No need to discuss what he is taking. No need to discuss finances (except his portion of child care and extra-curricular). No need to see him. NOTHING. Still sucks that he is happy. No consequences for his actions. I always seem to be the one to suffer from his actions. But, I just need to put this all in God's hands and just focus on me and my dd and our healing.
I can start working on our (mine and dd's) future. Just us. Just "the girls" as dd puts it
. He and ow can have each other. I am sure that will implode in time as well.
Waves of happiness to complete distress. It's ok. I will allow myself to feel this pain. It just means I am healing.

High school sweethearts. 14 years gone. He doesn't even care. It meant nothing to him.

Found evidence going back 2 years. He's moving in with OW.

You will do okay...you're strong, and will carry on....
They will implode....he does have consequences as he no longer has you!
No crying.....not at least while he's in the house...save those tear for the seeds that don't come up in your flower garden next year!

Right now he is riding the high of unicorn fartland. He won't really see what he's done until Fantasyland starts to fade, and Realityland starts to show up. And even then, he won't ever let you know that things are not wonderful.

Marriages that start this way, stepping over the bodies of loved ones as the giddy couple walks down the aisle, are not likely to last.

I would pass on his version of 'happiness', thank you very much. It resembles an endless void a little too closely for my liking.
Even though the BS has to go through a great deal more pain, we still have better lives, because we aren't broken.
