I don't count.

Although, I have many different titles (depending on how you want to look at me) but "Civil Engineer" is definitely one of them.

I work on CAD software for Civil Engineers ironically (some of my coworkers have their feet in both disciplines)

I spent about 12 years as a programmer, then moved into networking, specifically service-provider/telco, now manager of network engineering for a regional fiber provider. So I guess I can answer "yes" to both halves of your question.

I realized I've never been on this part of SI. Browsed through and saw this thread.

I have an engineering degree working as a Systems Analyst. I don't do codes, but designs and tests. I tried to learn programming, but really not my thing.
