Looking for any particularly helpful reads from folks on transitioning- I have plenty of self-care and personal improvement plans/resources...

But wondering if there’s anything that anyone has found that addresses what I’m finding challenging- Wanting to R but still keeping it together to be a solid co-parent/ex-partner/teammate when that’s not happening.

Any picks welcomed, thanks!

I've heard good things about "The Journey From Abandonment to Healing" - haven't read it personally, but the title sounds like what you're looking for. Maybe check through reviews to see if it might be a good fit?
