My WH has not filed taxes for the years 2018 and 2019. I have given him all my the necessary information. He has always filed on time. This mystifies me. What would be the reason he has not filed? His AP is from out of state. My lawyer has asked for his side of the financial documents. My lawyer’s paralegal called him out of courtesy. He still has not provided the financial documents my lawyer is requesting. My main question is about why he did not file our taxes for those 2 years.

Did you file your taxes? If you did then you are not liable for his share.

And his do you know they weren’t filed? Maybe he just doesn’t want to provide you with any information.

Survived two affairs and brink of Divorce. Happily reconciled. 12 years out from Dday. Reconciliation takes two committed people to be successful.
