okay. Almost 9 months out from d day and I fear I am starting to see all my worries come to fruition. I was concerned the changes promised would have an expiration date and things would just slip back into old patterns. Therapy was on of the agreed upon things and he maybe went for a month and mostly talked about issues with my family and not mainly the infidelity. I went as well but the next step was couples therapy together. It never happened. Now that it’s been some time I’m worried about rehashing everything and getting to that dark place again but also don’t know if change is possible without therapy? Help. In some ways we have taken steps forward but I don’t know if it’s lasting changes or just since it’s all so fresh. Our anniversary is coming up and we have our first kid free trip planned and I was hoping to do a sort of vow renewal but I don’t want to feel like a fool twice.
