So excited!!! It's going to be a late night. It's not starting on time because of football.

Does everybody watch the reunion show? I think it'll start off on a sad note because I'm sure Jeff will mention Tina's son's death.

DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.

YAY!!! We're so excited!!! We never miss the Reunion show...we'll stay up and watch it live

I'm worried for Tina and if she'll even be there

Edited because I don't want to be the spoiler.

I appreciated Tina's message. I can't believe she was there, though. How is she functioning?

Congratulations to the winner, Tyson!

He received 7 of the 8 votes; Monica got 1.

Gervase - none.

But there was no Sprint Fan Favourite this season - that was disappointing! So nobody won $50K ???

My favourite player in the game was Ciera; on Redemption Island it was definitely Laura M.

I thought Tina did a great job getting back into the game; unfortunately, for both her and Ciera, Monica stayed firm in her alliance.

I thought the segment with Tina was sensitively handled, given the tight timeframe of the reunion show. As she said, the Survivor family/CBS, is also her family and she did want to relate the message of "buckling up" whenever you are in a vehicle. I thought she was very graceful and I admired her self-control and carriage. Tina is a winner in life! And so is her daughter, Katie.

I hope Ciera will consider participating in a future Survivor. She certainly has the smarts to go far in the game. Ciera and her mother are also winners, IMO.

....so on to February....

If I couldn't win (Laura/Ciera) I am glad Tyson won. He deserved it - wearing a target all season long and dodging those bullets when it counted.

I was happy to see Monica stick to her alliance, but glad Tyson gave the idol to Gervase. It was the right thing to do. And after all of Monica's ramblings at tribal, I wasn't sure she was going to stay loyal - I was yelling at the tv "PLAY IT!"

I was a little surprised they waited until the end to talk to Tina, but my guess is they discussed it and she didn't want to put a damper on the celebrations. That is one classy lady.

So will Cochran be back on the Brainy team?

I haven't seen the reunion show yet (went to bed with the kids as soon as Tyson won.)

My heart goes out to Tina. What a lovely lady she seems to be and such a tragedy.

I have to say that I was a little dissapointed with Laura M. after she lost. I thought Jeff was great in pointing out that to say "finish strong" does not mean all is for naught if you don't prevail in the end. Just MHO.

She fought hard and sometimes showing grace in defeat is as important as winning.

Can't wait for the next season in February.

ETA: Congrats to BrokenRoad (Tyson) Sole Survivor!

I'm sure we will, if we get enough people. I'll start a thread for it when it gets closer.

I'll be in Negril when the new season starts, so would you please include me as a player?

Thanks very much!
