pray for my writing. I have to write a memoir for someone and I need God to breathe into my words.

pray for my son. He's a newly-single dad of two toddlers struggling to make it. He is only 24. He has a broken heart.

praise God my sons meeting with CPS yesterday went well.

My son is doing ok. His court date over the kids and custody is the 30th.

I have to finish the first draft of the book I'm ghostwriting. Pray God fills it and that he fills me with the story for book 2 of my series. please pray my book sells. thank you.

I'm asking the Lord if I can transition to living off my writing. It's what I think I'm supposed to do...but I cant if my book doesn't sell.

but then I've been thinking a lot about ambition. Studying it. I'm just leaving it in His hands. Whatever He wants.

Father God,

I give everyone and everything to you Lord. I ask for your blessing upon this day. I ask for your mercy and grace and healing upon those with covid19. I ask for your spirit to flood your people with peace. I ask for your kindness and righteousness to rule. I bring your kingdom over us. your will and your will alone be done. For C, for P, for bearly, for my book, for all the lost and seeking souls here. I ask for their deliverance.

Thank you Father for the rivers of living water.

I'm put in mind this morning of cut flowers. We are all cut flowers. Jesus said "He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, 'From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.'

it's the difference between a flower with roots that are planted, and a cut flower. The roots go down deep and receive the water and live. A cut flower doesn't have roots. It can't live.

I got notice of levy on my property last week. please pray it works out. I'm writing as fast as I can (which isnt fast enough) on this ghost writing project. until then, no money

and praying against this virus, if anyone wants to join me in that.

okay, well my other thread got closed. Thats what I get for going awol for a few months I guess? I pm'd the mods but am just going to start a new thread. (They fixed it!)

So thank you all for praying with me through my year of hell. To recap, your prayers helped me save my house, deal with health issues, deal with death and deal with my taxes.

Wanted to give you all the update. God helped me with the IRS and my tax debt was placed in uncollectible status, which is the best we can do for now. It's basically a payment plan with no payments, is how they explained it to me. In time, the debt will drop off as they can't collect after 10 years.

I don't like it, I want to pay it. But this is what happened.

I'm ghost writing and my book, the one I wrote is in a big contest. It's won one award and I'm hoping it will at least be a finalist in this contest because it would give the story a lot of exposure. I'm praying to sell 50k copies in 3 months, because that's what I heard to ask for. I asked the Father what was going on and heard "Reset"

and then I'm still hearing "The battle is the Lord's"

I don't feel like I can relax or that the battles are over. I feel like the enemy is gathering his strength to hit me again. It might be my imagination. I don't know. But Anyhow, I'm praying for grace and provision and protection and strength to stand. Praying for His will to be done.

I'm trying to figure out why it's wonderful that God forgives you but you are reluctant to accept forgiveness from the IRS. Hmmm. . . .

well, they arent really forgiving me. They're acknowledging I dont have the money.

I wish I did. that's all. I'm grateful. believe me. :-)

This sounds like a horribly selfish prayer. I guess it is kinda, but its something I believe God asked me to pray. He had me pray for $18k for a long time. I guess I'm supposed to pray for this too.

It's funny though, I see Him so differently. I was reading this morning where He says He is the Potter and we are the clay. I'm still processing the image but seeing how pressures are laid onto us to shape us into vessels He can use? That's beautiful.
