Super happy for you, trebleclef. Enjoy that little house-- may it bring you peace and great joy.
BTW-- I left a larger, somewhat fancier house (not exactly a dream home, and no home theater or hot tub, but an older home with great curb appeal) for a house about half the size and less impressive looking... best thing I ever did. Less IS more. Thoreau was right when he said, "Simplicity, simplicity, simplicity!"
