Now you know how some of the NFL'ers feel this week.

As they say, if you injure yourself, best it's close to another doc!

Take care of yourself and heal fast!

Thanks for the healing mojo!

Worked for one hour today and had to go home. FWS forbid me to go back today. Soooo there is nothing on TV. I'm reduced to watching a World Cup qualifier between England and Poland. Soccer is SO boring.

Have my PT appt next Wednesday. Yea ice, Aleve. Parafon Forte, lortab, and voltaren cream!!!

Ouch! I'm so sorry that happened.

The good news is that they've come light years in treating shoulder injuries in the past decade and a half or so.

I hope you won't need that sort of intervention---that PT and conservative tx will work. But should it come to surgery, it will at least be more effective than ever before :)

Oweeeeee....

My x did that on the road once. He managed to survive without surgery, but holy cow it sounds painful.

Dayum, that sounds like a painful evening, pj4! Sorry you took such a spill; I'm sending you some healing mojo from the southlands.
