I read a text message from the guy that said he could be our worst enemy.

I'd suggest to your WH that if there's anything else that needs to be told, he should tell before it comes out legally or in the form of revenge.

I second the RO idea as well as considering turning them in to CPS if they pull anything. Between swinging while the kids are in the next room and the pot, their parenting has red flags too.
