To do Kegel exercises every day.

Check back in December....I might be able to do some impressive tricks by then

Aahaha! please update us! The other day in a workout class we were in the middle of holding a move and the instructor said "now would be a good time to kegel." One of the ladies in the class said "it's always a good time to kegel!" And everyone else nodded and murmured along in agreement.
