nik, that was actually us in our living room today
He's feeling really really good. If I may brag on his behalf.. 
He took a 3.5 year college program in a technical field. He made deans list every semester, and graduated with honors in December. His average for last semester was 94 .
This interview was for a position above his experience level. They asked him to prepare a presentation. It was in a subject he was very comfortable with. He presented to a panel and the interview lasted over an hour with another half hour of testing.
One of his school mates interviewed after him and they only kept him for 27 minutes. So I think they decided they wanted him as soon as he left. They were supposed to call next week and called with the verbal offer today before checking his references. We are so pleased, and I am very very proud of him.
