So take your prospective "ahem" friends, dancing. Especially if they can dance to Spanish music. Don't know why this is, but it's been true every time for me!

I've done extensive research in this regard and it is simply not true. It's all in the kiss.
Plus, the sad clown was a good drummer who couldn't dance for shit, a SHIT kisser and largely mediocre in bed. I left him waaaaay better than when I met him but, alas, still not in my top 10. Love doesn't just make you blind it makes you numb too.
I used to joke that it didn't make sense that he was such a good drummer but danced like he was listening to a different song.
I may have reached a point where I'd piss on him if he was on fire.... eventually!!

I agree with you SBB! I dated a guy last year that was the most AMAZING kisser. (And also amazing in other ways! ). When I kissed him the first few times I went home and actually wept....I thought, damn, I was settling for sub-par kissing for 30 years....when I could have had so much better!!
We stopped dating but remains very good friends and still see each other socially. But he has definitely become the "bar" for me, kissing wise!

I have found that there are no tricks - people who are great kissers and amazing dancers can also be terrible in bed, awkward dancers phenomenal. Really what I think makes a person being good in bed is being comfortable in your own skin and paying attention to your partner, also not having weird hang-ups. I've noticed that there's been a resurgence of men thinking "oral sex on women is gross" 
, people who learn about sex from porn tend to be horrid...
At the end of the day, the only way to find out if someone is good in bed is to go to bed with them... just one of those risks in life.
Oh, and he is still texting me. I feel kind of bad because he wasn't a bad guy, just... I mean, he knew I lived 1,100 miles away. I'm a little surprised he's trying to make it something more. I haven't responded to him. I'm about keeping NC and there is no reason to hurt his feelings.

As a man, it pains me to hear how much bad sex goes on out there. Really doesn't have to be that way. It stuns me that, from what I've heard, most men don't take the time to be good at it. Never understood that and it blows my mind.
Every man's motto should be "ladies first and ladies often".
Sorry if that's TMI, but that really should be a standard in today's world.
Oh and BOB, let's just say W and I have a pretty big arsenal of them to complement what we do.
