Pippin- John Cage night be another one for you to check out. What you describe listening to Glass? Cage deliberately composed in such a manner- One piece was setting the “Tao te Ching” to music, so very much meditative.

A somewhat bitter divorce song that, at the time, expressed my feelings perfectly.

Ok please bear with me as this is from my youth but TOTALLY just made my weekend ok.

“Positive Outlook” by Youth of Today.

I’ll explain to anyone who will listen, but Youth of Today were one of the most prominent straightedge bands that came out of New York in the late 80’s- Fast, pissed off, positive, and dedicated to healthy living in order to have the presence of mind to make a change.

I just went and saw them play tonight, now in their 50’s but touring and still fast as hell and POSITIVE. Look ‘em up if you want something energetic and uplifting(!)
