This is all super helpful advice and I greatly appreciate you all. Even the hard stuff.
It's helping me put things into perspective.

TPanda,
Truly read these replies 10 times over. It's a lot to absorb the first time through and a lot to painfully read. Yet, not as painful as discovery and the continuous lies and disrespect to you as a person. At least that's how I feel in my situation.
You must feel safe that she's done with OP and see actions that support it 100%. Unfortunately you're not getting that right now.

People routinely post the names of various books on here. Can someone explain to me why I am NOT allowed to post the name of what I consider to be the SINGLE BEST BOOK ON INFIDELITY IN THE CATALOG. And you know the one I mean - with CHEATER in the title. I don't understand why this book is not allowed to be mentioned on this site.
Can someone explain this to me?

Bondjanebond, I know which book you are talking about and have read it. I appreciate you bringing it up.

About the book…it is written to discourage R. This forum is not particularly focused on D or R but on guiding people to figure out their own path. There are people here who put up with a lot of pain and are successfully Rd. Others tried, or moved quickly to D. The number of people with differing opinions can give you help looking for solutions.
My focus is the health of the bs. I KNOW what long term stress does to the body. It breaks it down and many times causes permanent damage.
