Thanks aesir--Dr. Seuss has always been a favorite at our house. I get all smiley just hearing his name!
Sad--THIS is the little guy I've been posting about; I got him three weeks ago and he has HORRIBLE separation anxiety issues! As if those girls didn't drive me crazy enough!
Thanks PPGA--I love seeing everyone's pictures!
ETA--aesir--I've also bought about three dozen "The Places You'll Go" as graduation presents--for everyone from kindergarten to college--I bet you have, too!

PPGA, (slight t/j) yes it is J(acob) Papageorge son of Artesia Papageorge. A google search of those two names will give you insight to some of my dementias.
The pics with LE started when I saw the drunks doing it at my first Mardi Gras and has become a travelling tradition.

No meanie, only one I consider to be an essential life lesson to teach early is I Had Trouble in Getting to Solla Sollew . For each of my friends, for their first baby, that is the mandatory gift. I got mine for Christmas when I was 4 or 5, and the lesson has stayed with me, maybe too well since there are times when I should have run.

Ouch, called out by a Mod for an ambiguous pronoun. My Mom is laughing at me right now. Yes, I have stumbled across drunks "doing it" on and off Bourbon St. but never had the urge to take their picture. After seeing the drunk folks take pictures with LE I decided the cops would be OK with posing with a sober person.

Well, if you saw drunks "doing it" it might be an idea to go stand by the law enforcement.

The only reason I asked Jpapa is that when first read it I thought it was odd to go get your picture taken with LE because you saw drunks doing it. While I was trying to figure out the correlation on that one , the real meaning finally dawned on me. Don't blame yourself because I'm daft

Aubrie and Jessica, I brought some goldfish crackers to timeout - wanna share? I've also got raisins, and I hear rumors of mac and cheese with hot dogs cut up into it for lunch.
