I've only read one page of the thread and tons of great information.

Thank you for bumping this.

Anyone still in?

I will add my to do list anyway.

Technically the house doesn't go onto market for a few months. I'm interviewing realtors.

So far these things need to be done:

paint all trim that was never painted downstairs

hang pull curtain in closet to cover hot water heater

buy and install and paint baseboards for upstairs

paint all trim upstairs, and doors

have teens pack up stuff in rubbermaid?to look less cluttered

Paint upstairs bathroom ceiling, girls "forget" to turn on exhaust fan for showers and I can't force them. ( I feel resentful over this)

Outside front and back porches and deck need repainting

back porch ceiling needs repair

new lightbulbs everywhere -I'm thinking Costco, there are lots of flood lights

clean area wool rugs

rearrange teen #2 room to look roomier

paint and waterrepel paint outside block near basement that was never done

repair and patch dings in walls/drywall from moving furniture

re-tile masterbath floor, its grungy and uncleanable now

clean all inside windows

make sure no ceiling areas have "webs" or other linty funk on them

trim boxwoods outside

move horrible railroad ties

move scrap metal one of many piles of useless crap xwh POS left all over the property

install doorframe and door in basement storage room
