Try all you want to teach your kids that spiders are NOT scary - all it takes is one time of completely losing your s#!% when a big one jumps out at you to ingrain in them that they are something to be feared for life.

When your ex-wife passes your obvious wrinkled and bed-headed self as you're turning toward your house on your "drive of shame" at 7:15 a.m., you might want to stifle the urge to complain that same evening to that same ex-wife about (a) not having time to find the hammer she requested six weeks ago and (b) being tired.
That's just a general "just sayin'." Certainly not directed at my idiot ex-husband.
