wine country in Northern California. It may be expensive for us, but at least the wine dulls the pain.
I might be willing to change my answer to this. VA wine is terrible!

I used to be offended when people said Sacramento was northern California. LOL
There really needs to be a more formal CENTRAL designation!

I've lived in Central CA - Monterey & Salinas. I agree, there does need to be a more central designation. Otherwise, it's only NoCal or SoCal.

Okie Texan here but strangely enough I've fallen in love with upper Michigan. Love the lakes, love the Blue Water Bridge going into Ontario. (I have the OW to thank for falling in love with Ontario, Canada) I would love to have one of those beautiful homes On the St. Claire River, looking over into Canada.
