Great for 1.5 days. Then persistent cough started. Ramped up Asthma meds. Fever spiked at midnight. Lukewarm bath and meds until it went down (!) to 102.

Going back to the doc today. It's so hard when they're little.

Oh and here's my other paranoia to add to the bucket - Crazz just got back from China yesterday. Not that it matters what country he was traveling to, but that he was on a plane with a bunch of coughing sick people both ways. We always try to quarantine him a bit when he gets back from anywhere, but last night it was too hard to do alone. I hope DD doesn't get exposed to anything more dangerous.

Sounds like she will be giving him the bird flu. not the other way around this time.

I hope the sweet kiddo is feeling better.

We had H1N1 a few years ago. IT was awful. Since they told you she has the flu that could be what it is. Took weeks for the kids to get better, and we all hacked for months. My kids were tweens, and both missed a full week of school.

They get the flu shot now every year. They happily roll up their sleeve to prevent it.

Feel better little Razzie

Thanks tushnurse. She's doing a lot better but still hacking. We have been giving her the asthma maintenance meds and she has been doing really well.

Can't believe we paid about a grand for daycare we're not even using this month - oy.
