Well, after more than 3 years I finally turned on and watched a snippet of Nancy Grace. For all of her showmanship and over the top attitude I have always had a soft spot for Nancy Grace. She is annoying, but I do believe she is a voice for victims. Plus she just cracks me up sometimes.

"I hear Jodi is praying for the jury." Deep sigh, rolls her eyes, shakes her head. "Pray for Travis and for what you did!"

She's praying for the jury because, you know, they made such a huge mistake. (Tucks tongue firmly in cheek!)

Who knows.

My guess; After her lawyers have worked for YEARS trying to save her life, she throws it all in their face by doing her stupid interview and all but begging for the death penalty. I think her lawyers either quit or she fired them.

Yesterday before the interview, either Beth Karas or Jean Casarez heard her and her lawyers arguing loudly behind closed doors. It was assumed that they were arguing over this interview.

And if she has/had "representation" they would have been there during the interview, right? Unless they parted ways right before the interview.

I'm sure along with Juan Martinez, it's also her lawyer's fault she was convicted.

I think she is referring to the letters SHE FORGED that were not allowed in evidence. She tried to get them in, but it was proven that she hacked Travis's computer and sent them to herself. (re: Juan lying and hiding evidence)

And I read somewhere that they had to put of the court because the medical examiner could not be there until next wednesday?

Oh and she can easily get herself death. Just fire her mitigation lawyer and get up there and say she enjoyed torturing Travis and liked causing pain to his family with her interviews, lies and letters (like the one to Travis's grandmother) Yep. That would about do it. But she isn't doing that is she? No. She is fighting to the end. That bitch does NOT want death. I think she is hoping that she can somehow appeal by saying the jurors broke the admonition and saw the interview and *that* is why she got death. Yes, I do believe she is *that* fucking stupid.

Gawd I hate her.

Was anything ever done to LaViolet for invading the Alexander family after court?

Whatever happened is sealed until after the trial is over.

I forgot about those! I bet you're right.

Nothing would surprise me.

She chews out Martinez for saying she courts media attention--while she's doing a media interview, Tweeting, and generally trying to get herself on any air she can. Her hypocrisy knows no bounds.

Apparently Geraldo showed that whole interview with Troy, the local reporter. JA is still sticking to her story that she returned the gas cans aannnddd...

She says she has a picture of Travis chasing a naked 4 year old boy with a Bible pretending to be a catholic priest.

This girl is a true sociopath, imo.

WTF??

I was so mad when she pulled the suicide thing. I've said all along that she should have offed herself and left Travis and everyone else out of it.

You know, I didn't think it was possible to despise a stranger more than CA. Then, I saw JA. *sigh* And I hear there's similar trial to this one coming up.

ETA: Thanks for the link, sadtoo!

Thanks for the name. I tried to find it all day yesterday, so now I can go see what that's all about. I just knew I saw a blurb one time and she was a blonde. And I guess one of the talking heads was talking about the lies... let me go check that out before I say any more. BRB.

I'm not sure that's her. I only saw her for a couple of seconds on TV, so I didn't really note facial details, just that she was blonde. Was she blonde when she killed her H??

I think you're talking about the Karen Kelly case. It was just down graded to manslaughter.
