So this is interesting. SIL just posted something on Facebook about a fire at(?)/near the restaurant I made reservations for on Saturday. The article didn't have much info. I'll keep everyone updated.

UPDATE: A fire broke out on the roof of the restaurant and news articles are saying that it was "mildly damaged" but that the fire was out out very quickly. I'll call tomorrow and see what is up and if they think they will be open for Saturday.
ETA: I swear I'm not trying to lure you to a fiery demise!

Good news! The restaurant opened back up a few hours after the fire. It was inspected and cleared for business. The damage was minimal. I can't be held responsible though for any Snookie sightings and the loss of brain cells that it causes.
