Ugh! Anyone else as annoyed as I am with clothing tags...

that come in fifteen different languages on five different tags all attached to the same seam?

I know that clothing manufacturers want to streamline their production, but I'm so tired of getting something new and when I go to clean it, having to pull apart five different tags to find the one that's in english so I know what to do with it. I cannot for the life of me separate all the tags, and I cannot, even with my strongest readers on, read the tags - it won't be long until I have to use a magnifying glass to read the instructions. My regular prescription glasses I use for reading aren't strong enough to read that tiny print.

I know... only buy stuff that you can throw in the washer and dryer, but we are heading out on an expedition cruise to Scandinavia later this week, and I had to buy a bunch of wool base layers. Some of my older ones I've had forever say not to put them in the dryer, whereas the new stuff says they're OK in the dryer on low heat. I won't have direct access to a laundry facility while we're on ship, unless we pay them to do some laundry. So I've been trying to figure out what stuff would be OK to have someone else wash and these tags are making it so difficult.

Even when I find the tag that's in english, I have to study the other tags to make sure I don't cut off one that has information I need. It's like reading a laundry book!
