I made a fake account and was going to ask the same question on what the heck to do, I just followed your great tutorial and...
Woot! the private blog title and relationship status works! 
Going to play around some more!

Still need verification if these work (I don't know a profile to test it on):
View HIDDEN comments on PUBLIC profiles (or private profiles you have access to, i.e. one of your friends)
View HIDDEN friends on PUBLIC profiles (or private profiles you have access to, i.e. one of your friends)
View HIDDEN blogs on PUBLIC profiles (or private profiles you have access to, i.e. one of your friends)

Are there codes out there for PRIVATE profiles that you don't have access to? Everything seems to be for public profiles with hidden whatever.

I just subscribed to the private section of Grown Up Geek, where they actually post all of the new MySpace codes. I will post them if they work and haven't already been posted. :)

Repentful, the only working codes for private profiles are:
View friends list
View videos
View relationship status and blog titles
