Another female (sorry)...

I think the early stages are so hard. IMO everyone is worried about misreading the signals (or lack of) because of previous relationships. I find that I don't wanna have the "where is this going" conversation to know "where it is going"....but more to get a clue if what I am feeling or perceiving is the same as the other person's. Meaning, if you have been victim of gaslighting....then it is so easy to second-guess what you think you feel.

Not sure if I explained that clearly, lol!!!
