From what I hear on HLN there is a picture that shows her foot and pant leg that they say was taken accidently, probably while dragging him.
Im trying to figure out how this could happen.
She would certainly need 2 hands to drag him, wouldnt she,or did she just stop and grab the camera?
This is just so damn creepy...Thats why I wondered if she acted alone.

There is a photo that appears to have snapped when she dropped the camera. The shot shows the ceiling. Another shows him bloody and her foot, like she was kneeling. It doesn't look like it was a shot that was purposely taken. But who knows with this freaky chick?

so how and when was it accidently taken?
If he was bloody it had to have been after or during the attack?
How do cameras take pictures accidently?
This is really bugging me,I guess.
Guess they arent too concerned because they arent focusing on it.

This is whats on Facebook
On the day of the murder, Willmott said Arias was subjected to rough vaginal sex. Willmott stated Arias killed Alexander while she was defending herself against her angry ex-boyfriend after she dropped his new camera. Willmott discussed two time stamped photos taken on the day of the murder. One photo points up at the bathroom ceiling light after apparently accidentally falling. The other, a bloody photo of Alexander. Willmott concluded by telling the jury that if Arias had not chosen to defend herself in the one minute that passed in between those photos being taken, she would not be here today.

Vienna Bentley That accidental picture was taken closer to the hall. You can see the shower is already to the right, u can see the closet door andthe corner. It was taken on the hall side of the shower not the bathtub side. It was rightside up so the view of camera is like standing there

You guys got me curious... I am watching the first 48 Hrs about the case, back when Arias was claiming it was a man and woman who attacked them. I think there is another 48 Hrs on the trial I am going to watch, lol...
I imagine the camera she brought was carrying it by the cord while dragging his body and it was probably swaying around and accidentally took pics.
My questions:
She claimed he was into child pornography. Couldn't they take his computer and find any evidence of it? Or has all that nonsense pretty much been dismissed?

They thoroughly searched Travis' computer & there was NO child porn of any kind on there. There was some "regular" porn but absolutely no child porn. Jodi claims she either walked in on him or peeped through the window at him (her stories change so damn much, I can't keep track!) & he was looking at a picture. The only "evidence", I use that term loosely, of Travis being into child pornography is Jodi's testiphony.
Someone earlier asked about the defense approaching the state for a deal. I was reading an article this weekend, which I of course forgot to bookmark, that said her defense team did ask for a plea of 2nd degree murder & no more than 20 years in jail, with time served, it would be 16 years. The state, rightly so, laughed in their faces. Get this, apparently after the state shot that down, the defense, acting on Jodi's behalf, said "OK, fine..then we'll drag Travis' name through the mud, so get ready". How despicable is that?
If I find the article again, I'll post a link here.
As far as the pictures on the day of the murder, it is my understanding that in the "struggle" or whatever happened, the camera accidentally took pictures. I'm not sure how the hell that's possible, but what do I know. My theory? During Jodi's testiphony ( I just love that term!) a week or so ago, they were discussing her cut finger. Mr.Nurmi, her attorney, asked her something like "Is this a picture of that injury?" & showed a picture. Jodi says "Yes" & he asked why she took a picture of it. She responded something like "It's like a trophy pic!" I was like
With ALL the sexual pictures she took of herself & Travis, it stands to reason, to me, she took pictures of him during/after she murdered him. After all, she thought she deleted those pictures, threw that camera in the washing machine, tossed bleach on it & turned it on. Lucky for the state, the dumbass forgot to take out the SD card & the pictures were recovered. I think those are her trophy pictures and she never thought they'd see the light of day.

I haven't followed this case very much - that picture of Travis taken in the shower and his expression one of doomed sadness mixed with fear... just haunts me.

Typing on iphone, typos... Starrysky, I broke down and looked at the pics, and there is no way some of those of Travis' body were accidentally taken. I totally concur with what you are saying about the pics, that it was some kind of trophy, or maybe even I. Her sick mind some kid of closure so both of them were so involved with the camera... I kind of wonder if he was even willing to have the tasteful shower pic taken, because in his last shot he looked extremely annoyed.
So I figure she thought it would be ok taking the picture because she knew she was going to wash the camera. It all stinks of premediatative. Sick bitch

What is with all the friggin' "objections" and sidebars!? Holy crap Nurmi, let's move this thing along. Cripes.
And how cute that the defense team is all matchy-matchy today.

Quotes of the day
Referring to the gun that was supposedly in Travis Alexander's closet (according to Jodi Arias) and going back and forth on weather it was loaded or not.
Juan Martinez: So what were you going to do? Throw it at him?
Nancy Grace questioning her panel on her show tonight,
Nancy Grace: Have any of you ever had a defendant break out with a cold sore when the questions get tough?
Nancy: Liz! Show the picture.

I haven't really been following the trial except for seeing glimpses of it -enough to know that she is the worst defense witness ever - but yes, I noticed the cold sore!
I would be horrible if I were the judge or on the jury - I'd be like "Why are we even wasting our time - she should just be thrown in jail for her smug attitude."

My thoughts exactly, Dark Intertia ! I think that's the story she's trying to pedal but it doesn't add up. I can't recall, at the moment, what kind of camera it was (I could go look through the evidence information but I'm only on my 1st cup of coffee lol) but it was a pretty nice camera. I want to say a Canon ELS of some variety. I just don't believe there's any way it dropped & took pics, then again, I'm not going outside, dropping mine & see if it takes pictures!
It just makes me laugh (not in a ha ha way because Travis' murder is anything but funny) that Jodi didn't take the SD card with her, yet touts herself as this photography enthusiast. I guess she figured putting in the washing machine & throwing bleach on it, plus deleting the pictures was enough but you think she would KNOW to take the SD card! Boy am I glad she didn't though, those pictures are huge!!
Trial yesterday was ANNOYING! Nurmi was constantly interrupting Martinez's flow, the judge calls for sidebar constantly, then there were technical errors, it drove me NUTS! The absolute best part was when Martinez said "So what were you going to do? Throw it at him?" to Jodi about grabbing the gun. Definitely the quote of the day sadtoo ! I laughed for a good half hour, priceless!!
I *think* Jodi is now off the stand *cues Angels singing*, but I'm not 100% sure because I think I read somewhere there were a few more juror questions. If not though, she is DONE! WAHOOO!!!! I'm so over her "fog" & little innocent girl voice
I'm not a huge advocate for the death penalty, but for Jodi? She deserves it. She didn't just kill Travis, she brutally slaughtered him, is dragging his name through the mud in court...she's just horrible. If she got life without prison, she'd THRIVE (in my opinion) in prison. She's already a "star" in there, holding court with other prisoners, etc. If she was on death row, she'd have little to no interaction with others & I think that's what she craves the most.

I'm trying to find the exact model of Alexander's camera but from what little I've seen of it, I'm 80% sure it's a similar model to mine. The shutter button is raised and toward the front of the camera and very easy to manipulate.
I've taken quite a few accidental shots with the strap around my neck or slung over my arm like a purse. It's gotten bumped by my arm, the kids, or whatever. (Course I'm a klutz too so take that into account.)
If there is a struggle/murder going on and it's being kicked around, based on the shutter placement, it is quite possible they were accidental.
Being she is a "photographer" one would think that her trophy pictures would have been more "artistic" and whatnot eh?
She was quite the tart yesterday for sure. Her whole explanation on the gun was bonkers. And I loved the prosecutions reply.
The whole thing is starting to annoy me. Get it over with already people. Nurmi's actions and expressions seem to indicate that he knows their ship is sunk and that he's just trying to push off the inevitable.

I have been looking at the crime photos and it just dawned on me but I think she had the gun and the knife in the pocket of the bathrobe that is hanging by the shower. Right where she needed them, when she needed them. Too handy!! This woman is evil!!

I'm so thankful that Jodi's psychologist has explained her disorder of "transient global amnisia" that was brought about by sexual intercourse.
It all makes sense now.
Too bad the state is going to tell the jury tomorrow how this same psychologist lost his practice because he traded his services to some other crack-pot in exchange for dental work. So now he only works for the prison system.
It will be fun tomorrow! Sic'um Juan!
