I was cheated on by a man I loved and it was eventually a deal breaker for me, so I do understand where he comes from.
That being said, we all human and imperfect. When I read your story I see a person who made a mistake and is paying for it. There are many cheaters out there who betray their spouces over and over again and leave them for the OM or OW without any remorse. You are not a monster.
I hope you can find some healing in IC. I hope the pain eventunaly lessons. I think your BS is done and there is no going back but that doesn't mean there is no future or no happiness for you.
