Just got an update on the timing for DD's residential treatment placement. There are two girls ahead of her on the waiting list, and several of the current female residents who they were hoping would be ready to go home are struggling lately, so now it looks like it will be late May before DD gets in.
I'm struggling with that news. That means another 6 weeks of white-knuckling here with DD, trying to keep things under control. I'm sure we will make it, but I know it will take a massive toll on both me and DD.
Could use a bump of mojo for those struggling girls to help them regain their footing so they can complete their programs and return home in a healthy way.
And any extra patience you can send to me and DD would be GREATLY appreciated.

No. He was excused from his duties after about 3 nights.
Thank. Heavens.
He lives less than 3 miles from here, so if he's needed, he can be here in a matter of minutes. Fortunately, he hasn't been needed yet (knock wood).
