Wow, Phoenix! You've got no options. Is he a private poly administrator? I mean, is he the type of person who sees waywards all the time? The guy we are considering using says affairs are a big part of his business.
Yaka, I think its fine for a WH to be nervous and embarrassed and concerned about accuracy. It isn't easy to do - and a LOT rides on then passing. So, even if they know they have told the whole truth, there has got to be fear that something is going to go wrong and you could lose your family. I mean, WSs are human even if they are remorseful.
But - willing is the key word. Has to be willing or its a red flag. At worst, its a flag that there is still lying...at best, its a flag they aren't really all that remorseful if they won't do this to help healing.

He is law enforcement but has also done private as well as a consultant, i.e., criminal and civil.
