I brined some on-the-bone chicken breasts overnight, and now I'm grilling them, along with some corn on the cob.

It's been raining all day here, but I'm taking advantage of a break in the weather to grill some Bubba burgers and some dogs. Potato salad, pasta salad, and fruit to go with it.

NIK, you have to share that recipe.

I love Alfredo and Greek yogurt.

Since I helped DD partially move out of her dorm, shopped for a new mattress and checked out her new diggs, we went to Sonic.

My sister also made a lemon meringue cake.

nachos, chocolate ice cream, then cherry cobbler.

Yeah I'm on a healthy diet.

I made corn on the cob too, but since I had so much other good stuff, I ignored the corn.

We had tacos which is pretty common but I chopped up cabbage, fresh tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, and avacado to make a kind of salsa...that's the best part...I could live off of that alone. Mmmmm
