Is it like a gigantic Yorkshire Pudding?

I thought it was a big upside down mushroom filled with pudding.

It's eggs, butter, probably sugar and a little bit of flour. Might be cream in it too.
All I know is it is really super yummy and it is gone.

My recipe is one egg, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/4 tsp of salt. Mix is up.
Pre-heat the oven to 425F
Heat an small (6-7") ovenproof frying pay on the stove with 1 tsp of butter. Remove pan from the heat, pour in the batter and place in the hot oven. Cook for 15 mins or till golden brown on the outside (it will puff up in the middle while cooking but don't worry about it.)
ETA: This is for one serving; you can quadruple the recipe, use a full size frying pan and cut it into four pieces too.
Remove from the pan, squeeze some lemon juice over it, sprinkle with powdered sugar--yum!
(You can put anything you want on it--lemon & sugar is my favorite.)

DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.

Yorkshire pudding would describe it if you used a savory topping. It's also known as a popover if you make it in muffin tins.
We used to call it a pop-up pancake. I've made so many of them I know the recipe by heart
