I am so thoroughly sick of the fighting, lack of respect, determination to get xyz fired, cyberstalking, people cutting corners because work is too much (from both members and the hatfields and mccoys), call outs almost every month (having a dr not doesnt excuse the constant unscheduled absences), im tired of the lies, fabrications etc. One side called the other demonic. One finger pointed outward, two are pointed at yourself. Youre not well liked either for your character and not just by me
Why cant people come to work as expected. Do your job and correctly. And leave the friggin filthy drama at home

(((sulley))))
When I was the boss of an office, and had to put a girl on probation, and eventually fire her due to her attendance she was outraged, because she had notes from her Dr for about 1/2 the abscences.
I don't give two shits if you have a note. You work "Full Time" that means you have to be here "full time". Seriously you can NOT miss one day every week, and expect to get your job done.
So happy to be a worker bee, in my quiet little office away from all the drama.

I like the new opportunity. I really do. I try not to run down my peeps and make it a habit to thank them. Still, there are limits.
When I wrote this post I was ticked off at what I had to deal with yesterday And this morning.
I had advice from three of my superiors today. I can see things in a clearer light.
Then add to that ones behavior speaks of their character. I have to watch my reaction to sifuation and people.
My goal is to be fair.
