I would love to come. Not sure with the upcoming D if I will be able to afford flight and hotel though. Maybe next time. Sounds like lots of fun to be had.

I can't make the G2G but thought I'd offer the following suggestion as an option of what to do. My parents live in Orlando area so I've visited many times...
Winter Park definitely has lots of quaint shops and restaurants, a place to stroll up and down to "see and be seen". Many times there are festivals taking place too. My parents refer to it as the Yuppie Orlando. There is also the Morse Museum which houses an awesome collection of works by Louis C. Tiffany. Truly incredible to see it all if you are into that type of thing. Allow yourself a couple hours to really check everything out.
There is also a Canal tour offered in Winter Park; haven't done it yet but its already down for next visit.
Theme parks are great too but if looking for something different to do then I'd say Winter Park offers good options.
