Cash at small businesses.

Then debit for gas and other smaller purchases. Grocery shopping is sometimes cash and sometimes debit.

Credit card for all online purchases and larger purchases.

When one door closes, another door opens. It's the journey through the hallway that sucks.

Almost entirely credit -- used to use a mix of credit and debit but my new post-D card gives me very useful points at an online store I spent way too much on, so I have switched to using it and paying off the balance every month. The rewards points pay for my books for school and more, and since I pay it off before interest it doesn't cost me anything to use it. I do keep some small cash amounts around for small purchases.

Cash & debit mostly... I don't keep track of credit card purchases as muck as I should.... Even though I always pay my card off in full when I do use it ..

Cash and debit. Credit cards only if traveling. We budget for EVERYTHING.

We just bought a brand new car with CASH. Yep we saved until we had the money to buy it.

No car loan for me!

Cash and debit.

I got in trouble with credit when I was 19...I'm 37 and am STILL trying to build my credit back up. I just got 2 of my cards paid off..have 2 more to go.

IF I ever use credit again it will be for emergencies. Like unexpected car repairs.
