I draw the line at "mini" pigs because they usually turn out to be over 200#!!
That is something called a micro pig.
I searched specifically for images of miniature breeds, not just cute babies.
Your mileage may vary... in accordance with the prophecy.

There was a fad here about I-have-no-idea-how-many years ago about pot bellied pigs that weren't supposed to grow up, but, OH, they DID! So, I've never trusted a mini pig!
