I didn't see anything in the library on this and so it mentioned in a couple of posts. Can someone explain it to me?

I can't really explain it other than to say its a way for the bs to gain emotional strength and distance, allowing them to make decisions from a clearer perspective in the wake of DDay.
It can be found in the bs FAQ of the healing library. I agree it's hard to find and it would be helpful for it to be listed as a separate article in an easier to find spot.

Someone bumped up "understanding the 180" topic. I would recommend reading it, it is on first page of forum now. Good luck, hugs.
