Oh man, he spoke at my college graduation. He was such a fantastic writer.

I was never a prolific reader but I do enjoy a good book. I have only stayed up until dawn with a book from one author – yeah he will be missed by me. R.I.P.

I remember reading hunt for red October when I was a kid. My grandfather and I were so excited to go see it in the theater and compare notes with the book. He was a great writer and left me with a great memory.
