Just glad I'm not a "sister wife"

I don't know... someone to help out with everything I do around here, run the vacuum occasionally, support me emotionally, watch the kids every once in awhile.... I would take a sister wife- as long as she doesn't sleep with my husband :)

Lol, most of us could use an "extra" wife as long as she wasn't having sex with our spouses! Dating myself here, but I really need an "Alice" from the Brady bunch:) Cook, clean, help with the kids but no sexual business with my husband!

BS early 60’s Wh also early 60’s. I am Jamie, Mom to 3 great young adults. My WH and I have been together more than half of our lives and married 30+ years.. We are in MC & going to give R our best shot, hoping and praying for a better 2015!

Ok I have to admit I just watched the first 3 episodes of the first season, and I think that these folks have been raised in this enviroment, all those wives grew up in homes that were the same way.

I do think it might be nice to have someone share the workload around home, and have someone handy to watch my kids so I could have a special evening once a week with my H.

I have often joked that if there were another time for M'ing I would get a wife, I want someone to do my laundry, cooking, cleaning, and grocery shopping.

As far as each wife getting younger that goes with the whole religions philosophy, and that is to make as many offspring as possible. If you marry older women, that doesn't work. They believe making more and more babies is Gods will, and that's half the reason this lifestyle exists, because all of our girl parts have experation dates.

If you watched that show you would see that those women are very intelligent. It seems like they are more taking advantage of him than the other way around. They share the responsibilities and the money and the husband and it works for them.

The wives are all not getting younger, they're all in their 30s and 40s. Its the tv show Big Love where the wives get younger, not the reality show Sister Wives.
