I say we kill the thread before this Christmas. I don't even want to think about Christmas.....there's still to much snow on the ground. I want grass...

Did you suddenly have a massive increase in temps to melt all that snow?

Ugh. No chance of seeing grass here for a while. Even with the temps a bit warmer. Actually if it warms up enough I expect to have a house with a mote (sp?) around it.

I'll take flooding over snow

Yep, the temps jumped to the 50s this past weekend and we had lots of sun to help too.

Where exactly are you Dragn?

Here in Tdot the banks at the side of roads are almost clear and the grass is poking through.

We still have the ugly dirty piles all over but the rain this weekend just might take care of that.

Now the bad part is the dog poop is starting to make an appearance through the snow.

I got my answer from the Ontario thread Dragn.

I'll bet I know which city you are closer to if you have that much snow.

Where exactly are you Dragn?

Sorry. I missed this.

I can make it to Toronto in about two hours (if I stick to the speed limits ). I guess its safe to say that I'm up in Kawartha Lakes region now. Far enough North to be out of the GTA but still close enough to drive there.

Temps are up here. I can see grass. Of course with melting snow comes puddles and MUD and my older kids took full advantage if that last night. ended up having to wash their snow suits. Its colder this morning with the breeze but in the sun its nice.

Last week it was in the teens with a low down to -10. This morning it was 39 and heading toward 60. All the snow from last week is gone.

You'd think that on this site we would be used to the "roller coaster" in different areas.

Today it will only just break the freezing mark temperature wise.

It fells downright balmy to me.

Well I can say Spring is here when I take off my thermols

As long as I sit in the sun I'm good.

DS left his Tonka trucks and tractors out by the bird feeder. Mr. Squirrel hopped onto them. I wasn't fast enough for a picture but damn that was cute!

Today is a somewhat sad day for me. 32 years ago today I lost a dear friend. On the other hand tomorrow is DD3s birthday. She'll be 24. Yes her birthday is on Friday the 13th...

I think they got rid of the nasty dog food that made the white poop. I know what you mean though.

I came in here yesterday. Couldn't think of anything to say on the topic of poop but....

We made a joke to the kids that the Easter bunny was coming to poop chocolate all over the house. Did you know that the poop of a Flemish Giant rabbit IS the size of those little chocolate eggs wrapped in foil???
