I'm finding myself gaining weight... Part of this is that after the kids go to bed, I need me time to decompress.
That entails snacking and watching TV... Sometimes pretty late.
Am I the only one? I KNOW I should just go to bed, but I WANT chips and dip and my DVR.
I am going to start TOMORROW trying to get out of this cycle. Maybe have me time in the morning, before the kids wake up.

I used to go out walking in the mornings (before the kids woke up) and evenings (after dinner) for my "me" time. It was great. I put my music on, I could think about anything out not think about anything and just be me. I lost 20 pounds and felt great. Maybe you could try that. Since I stopped I've put it all back on plus 10 pounds

That's sounds great! I try to jog in the am, but find I give myself license to eat more when. I do! :-)
Maybe a jog in the morning ng and just a quick walk at night would help me ...

How about an evening walk with an exciting audio book? I've also sometimes crocheted while watching a movie or listening to an audio book to decompress but also do something with my hands. I stink at crocheting though, as it turns out.
