My Wayward fiancé works with the OW.
Somedays I feel like I read to much into things . The slightest thing sends me into the past were I find myself analyzing every word , every action.Wondering if he is being honest. I hate how I doubt every single thing!
I have also found myself with drawling from ppl in general.
How many of you feel like you may read to much into the smallest thing?. Your mind going wild with possibilities ? This causes me lots of confusion / doubt.
Such as the WS asking you were you are. Why in the hell do they want to know my where bouts!?

(((Emotionalhell)))
It is very normal to overanalyze everything after Dday. Our brain is trying to figure out what other lies we've been told. I promise this does get better over time. Withdrawing is something I did, too. I literally hid in my home and stopped answering the phone. Please take care of yourself (eat, drink lots of water, contact your dr or ic). It sounds like your WF is blameshifting. He wants to know your where abouts and if you are cheating, in an effort to distract from his A. Is he going to look for another job away from the OW?
Sending you strength.

I felt that a lot of times.
What's he doing now? What does that mean? Why isn't he back yet? What did that beep mean?
Endless. Almost like radar.
One IC I had commented that it was akin to OCD or some types of anxiety that some new and terrible discovery was still to come. That I was trying to condition my mind to be ready for the inevitble next discovery.
Finally I just had to say, "no more". It doesn't matter any more anyway. That really helped.
Maybe he wants to know where you are because he's up to something and wants to gauge when you'll be back.

Guilty I am. My ws always asks me where I.am. it pisses me off because he says it like I'm somewhere I shouldn't be. It's a " where are YOU at?". I figure hes wanting to make sure I'm not where HE'S at if ya Kwim?
