Why would someone hide their internet browser icon on a smartphone? How do you get it unhid?

Not sure how to unhide it. One who hides it would make me think they were hiding something in the browser.

to look at porn, escort sites, etc.
I'm sure youtube has tutorials on this and the Internet in general has explanations for why someone would do this.

Ok, I was just wondering if anyone had experience in this area and if this was another red flag.
