Concert tickets?

Does she drive to work? Sheepskin/shearling seat cover?

Chelsea barometer?

I try to think of little luxury touches to everyday tasks or doings that one wouldn't purchase for oneself when trying to shop for the challenging people on my gift list.

Good luck!

Treat her to a day at the spa. I don't know any woman who wouldn't appreciate that!

Me. I don't do spas/manicures/pedicures. I've had people who don't know me very well get me gift cards for those types of things and I end up re-gifting.

My suggestion in the $200 range would be tickets to an event she would like - sporting event/concert/theatre production/etc.

I would make a picture book spanning 5 years.

I would look into the theater or a concert- possibly to her favorite performer.

I don't know how much they run but a dive suit or gear for your next trip.

A nice fallback is a gift card to her favorite store or to a restaurant.

A gift card at a photo studio where she can dress up and take some portrait/ glamour shots. I think this would be a nice gift.

I second a cashmere sweater, or a handbag. Check out caphillstyle.com for ideas.

Or, since she does the salon thing every month already, why not upgrade her to a full day of more intense pampering for January?

Cashmere makes me itch.

Don't know if you're anywhere near there, but I'd love a day trip to NYC, carriage ride in Central Park, champagne and a swanky lunch.
