I told her I had consulted a panel of experts
I've been told I'm as interesting as panelling but never been called an expert!!

OMG, she sounds like one of those frustrated old maid school marms from the old west movies of my childhood so many eons ago! I bet she walks around the classroom with a ruler in her hand to rap the students on the knuckles before she grabs them by the ear and sends them off to the woodshed!!
Oops, I guess I'm really showing my age, huh?
Seriously, I agree with the expert panel. Does that make me an expert, too?

The teacher was not amused. He didn't get the job.
She's a putz.
He's a comical genius!
She obviously has no sense of humor and/or she's just a miserable soul.
