Count me in. Worst Christmas of my life. Barely got through opening gifts with the teenagers, then triggered when H touched me. I can't stand being touched by him right now. And he knows this. Huge fight ensued, accusations flying through the air. Tears all around. I engaged in a little self-harm behavior (idiot!). Tomorrow I'm calling my psych. I need meds NOW or I'm going to end up in the loony bin. Thank heaven this day is over.

I woke up miserable and on the verge of tears. Managed to hide it through the morning.
Volunteered for an errand that would require a couple of hours in the car, just so I could cry. The heartbreak was pretty unbearable. I haven't felt that way in weeks.
I wish he could feel how this feels sometimes...
