I enjoy TED talks here and there. Amy Webb talks about how she hacked online dating. It made me think of all the OLDers out there that seems to run into the not so great ones.
Her talk is informative and enlighting - and pretty humorous.

this is really smart.
I set up my OLD profile using those same tactics (checked out my competition first, and used that style of language & pics she recommended) and was inundated with messages! over 100 in 12 hours and I'm not in a big city.
I actually had to suspend my account because it was overwhelming and I couldn't keep up.
It really is a sales pitch.

Good for her. She came off a little neurotic, but sweet, and I'm glad she found her man.
