Supposed to have court next Tuesday...so looking forward to it...
But in the mail today was a notice from my lawyer that the court has rescheduled the hearing for May 2nd.
Sigh.
So fucktard has another week and a half to show what a useless deadbeat he is. I just scheduled my day off for next Tuesday...grrrr. Oh well, get that straightened out tomorrow.
I was really hoping that the letter contained a check from ex-shat. That would have been so nice.

Doh. I was hoping this was going to end for you too, and he was about to get it handed to him. At least it's only a week and a half.
What happened with the horse back riding lessons? Has Teslet gone yet?

No, never did take him to the lesson. Never offered an explanation or an apology for not showing up (the lesson was an hour drive for me...but I'm sure that fact is the last thing on his mind).
He is in a world of hurt. He has been borrowing money from his brother to pay his bills the last 2 months. He had to borrow money to catch up his union dues so he could be eligible to be called by companies as a contractor. Had to borrow money to get a replacement phone and have the service turned back on. He'll have to work away from the area. No more paid days off. No more excellent benefits. This guy used to make sooooooo much money. He has NOTHING to show for it. Well, except for an idiot stripper whore that drives him up the fucking wall and follows him around like a lap dog. Oh, he has some snakes, a ferret, a rat, a tarantula, a rabbit, and three dogs. Maybe that's something.
He also has a bill from me to the tune of 10 grand and climbing.
Guess it's the screwing he gets for the screwing he got.

I am so frustrated for you. How many chances does the court system allow him to prove that he's an idiot? Do they think that this is just a one off for him? Like, other that being a decent person, paying child support and his debt to his ex wife, he's this close to being sainted? And why, oh why, is this the one of the TEN COMMANDMENTS that does not have LAW ascribed to it? You can't murder, thieve or bear false witness but you can fuck Holly go lightly, ruin the lives of so many people who love you and then take your sweet ass time following court orders to pay child support? Damn, I'm in a mood now too

Well it does sound like he has an excellent Red Neck Pet store starter kit. Perhaps he could start selling useless expensive stinky pets.
