Here are both dragonettes lol. They still look big when I hold them.

I'm being discharged in the morning. The babies are staying. Despite having gone through this already with dd (5) and thinking that I would be ok with it, I find I still get emotional. Both babies are doing fine. Spoke to their doc today. Other than feeding they have no issues. On the bright side we tried putting Emily to the breast and she latched right away. She even tried to suck. It was awesome!!! Doc said she'll most likely come home first.

My OB just came to see me. He's on call today and gave me

the ok to be discharged.

I was worried that my milk wouldn't come in because of the twins being premature. Ha! I have been up every 2-3 hours pumping. It's great but wow....I had forgotten how uncomfortable things can get when your chest blows up like balloons lol

Oh they're adorable!

I remember that feeling well. Feels like you have rocks strapped to your chest! Put cabbage leaves in your bra. Not all that attractive but it soothes the 'my boobs are going to explode' sensation.

They look really healthy, and don't have that classic premie look.

Congrats they are beautiful.

It's a very good sign that they were almost identical in weights as well. Or at least that's what a preemie neonatologist told me when I was doing a stint picking up extra hours in the nursery about a thousand years ago. LOL.

They are truly wonderful. Congrats!!!!

Congrats- welcome to the world little ones!

They do look big. You must be a petite woman.

Save the pumping- before milk comes in, you get colostrum and that's called "liquid gold" it's exactly what your babies need. Will the hospital feed them what you've pumped?

"Being in love" first moved them to promise fidelity: this quieter love enables them to keep the promise. *CS Lewis*
