Our kids are an hour away at my parents' for the week so they can spend it at the county fair, where my sister's kids keep and show animals. This is the second year in a row they are doing this. I am so excited for them, because they get to spend quality time with their cousins (all close in age) and grandparents. They have been waiting for this week all summer!

My husband and I are on a normal schedule, working Monday-Friday. But suddenly, we have all this time to do whatever we want at night! I was sure we would have found so much to fill it with... but we haven't. We have no idea what to do when unencumbered! So, for tonight at least, we will just sit together quietly and watch TV. But I intend for sure to find something fun to do the rest of the week!!! Ideas?

Ahhhhh I remember the days when my inlaws would take our kids for a week every summer. People used to say "Oh where are you going? or What are you doing!?" Often the answer was "Just staying around the house and enjoying the peace & quiet"

Love isn't what you say, it's what you do.

Yup enjoy the quiet, and of course have lots of sexy fun time.

We are getting a touch of this, this week. My two are at band camp, wich starts at 8am-3pm and resumes at 6pm-9pm. They come home for meals and sleep that's it. It's awesome.....

We spent the last two unseasonably cool evenings sitting outside, sharing a bottle of wine, and watching what is now referred to as the "Chicken Show" we just watch our chickens, they are entertaining.

Sleep!!! I haven't had enough sleep in 17 years. That's always the first thing I want to do when the house is empty.

Go softly my sweet friend. You will always be a part of who I am.
