What bigger is correctly saying is do not send her the VAR files. The recording is illegal and can get him in trouble. Do not be foolish.

Bigger, you are correct in that you were suggesting that he evaluates his evidence. As a Cop, yes that is critical. I do feel that if Onetime, as an experienced officer, believes she is cheating, then she is based on that evidence and certainly based on what he has told us here. I agree with Marz there.
Regarding the legality of the VAR stuff, it varies from state to state what is legal and what is not. I am sure that Onetime has provided the evidence to his attorney and the source. His attorney, better than anyone on this board would know what is legal and what they can or can't use in NJ. As draconian as the divorce laws are in NJ, it may not matter and I don't even see here where he said he's going to use VAR evidence in his court case anyway. The collateral he has is that her charging him would have dire consequences gor the both of them and as long as the divorce is amicable, if indeed illegal in NJ, she will let it slide.
2018 is right. We are getting off the rails here.
I haven't heard the overnight update. My anticipation is that she cancelled training and went home to deal with this.

Also, Bigger, you are correct that his atyornry may not know he is sending the videos to her and if illegal in NJ, could cayse more damage than the 1 day high he will get off of it. If she is willing to damage herself and her family in the process whi CV h is why these cases rarely gets prosecuted. My opinion is that she won't go down that road unless things turn very ugly and I think onetime is not hedging that way

Absolutely. Don't even acknowledge the existence of VAR, no matter how obvious it is to WS.

NJ is a one party consent state, meaning one of the parties to the conversation must consent to the recording. Thus, BS recording a conversation they have with WS is legal. However, recording a conversation between WS and AP is not. This is the rule in the majority of states I think. Some require consent of all parties to a conversation.
